Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize OpenText solutions based on business requirements.

- Implement OpenText Content Server features and enhancements.

- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and deliverables.

- Perform system analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing solutions.

- Manage and optimize the integration of OpenText with other systems and applications.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and applications.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OpenText applications.

- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the functionality of solutions.

- Deploy OpenText applications following best practices and organizational guidelines.

- Participate in code reviews to uphold the quality of the codebase.

- Stay updated on new OpenText features and best practices.

- Work closely with end-users to gather feedback and enhance systems.

- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

- Participate in training sessions for end-users on OpenText applications.

- Contribute to Agile methodologies for project management and development processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in OpenText development or related roles.

- Configuration of SAP Outgoing Documents (SAP Forms) and integration with Extended ECM for SAP workspaces as Record Declaration, estimated 17 forms, this need to be validated and confirmed with the business, design phase.

- ABAP developer with experience in OpenText xECM.

- Experience with OpenText xECM functional

- Strong understanding of OpenText Content Server architecture.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Java.

- Experience with database technologies, particularly SQL.

- Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) integration concepts.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks.

- Experience in XML and data transformation techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Understanding of document management best practices.

- Knowledge of cloud computing and OpenText Cloud solutions is a plus.

- Exposure to other enterprise content management solutions is advantageous.
