Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled IAM OKTA Specialist with 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with OKTA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing IAM solutions using OKTA, as well as a solid understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team dedicated to enhancing the security and efficiency of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage OKTA Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

- Configure and maintain user provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) using OKTA.

- Ensure the integration of OKTA with enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions.

- Manage roles, policies, and entitlements for end-users to ensure the right level of access.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM and OKTA configurations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement IAM strategies for improved security and compliance.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of IAM policies and access controls to ensure best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IAM, particularly with OKTA, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and security.

- Provide training and support for internal teams on IAM practices and OKTA usage.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management), with a strong focus on OKTA.

- Hands-on experience in OKTA configurations, SSO, MFA, and user provisioning.

- Strong understanding of security protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.

- Experience with integration of IAM solutions with enterprise systems and applications.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and how IAM integrates within these environments.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex IAM issues.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Certification in OKTA or related IAM technologies is a plus.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
