Name of position : Lead Tech/ Site Reliability Engineer/ Systems/ Windows System Admin.

Location : Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Gurgaon.

About the job :

- At least 5-12 years of comparable experience in the windows domain.

- Experience in managing processes and implementing new initiatives and programs across functions.

- Good understanding of Windows fundamentals and extensive experience with one or more of the following technologies : Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, Hyper-V, VMware, Failover Clustering, Exchange, SQL Server, etc.

- Experience in Handling L2/L3 escalations from Helpdesk/NOC and proactively identifying and fixing issues in production environment.

- Experience with the design and end-to-end implementation of performant, reliable and secure systems, and troubleshooting capabilities and experience with diagnostic/tracing tools.

- Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

- Experience in learning about innovative technology products or applications, supporting the adoption and bridging the gap between the customers and the engineering teams.

- Continuously evaluate business requirements to understand areas of improvement and propose solutions appropriately.

Design & Implement :

-Build robust, scalable, maintainable systems to improve stakeholder experience and satisfy business requirements.

Collaborate :

- Work with other global infrastructure teams to critically review their requirements and design the most appropriate solutions.

Support :

- Function as the L3 escalation for Windows and related technologies.

Educational Qualification :

Required : B.Tech.

Experience Required : 5-12 Years.

Skills Required : Windows Admin, Windows System Admin, Powershell ( Automation).

Experience : 5 to 12 Years
