We re looking for an all-in Inside Sales Executive/IT Sales/SaaS Sales/Software Sales for an incredibly rare opportunity at a well-funded, fast-growing early-stage start-up with both, a mission and value creation upside.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online research.

Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline by tracking and following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, and nurturing relationships with prospects.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, address inquiries, and offer solutions that align with their requirements.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of products or services.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Handle objections, address concerns, and find win-win solutions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and generate repeat business.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies, share market insights, and address customer needs effectively.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry advancements, and sales techniques. Attend training programs, workshops, and conferences, Expo's to enhance skills and knowledge
