Experience: 10+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate

Education Level: Bachelor's degree (preferably Computer Science or similar)

10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other relevant security certifications.
Develop and implement an information security strategy and roadmap that aligns with the

organization’s business objectives and risk appetite.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO27001, NIST).
Develop and maintain a risk management framework that includes risk assessments, vulnerability management, and mitigation strategies. Develop governance frameworks to monitor and report on the effectiveness of security controls.
Ensure the organization is prepared for potential security incidents, including data breaches,

ransomware, and advanced persistent threats. Lead the selection, implementation, and management of security technologies and tools (e.g., SIEM, IAM, DLP, firewalls). · Work with the IT department to ensure security is embedded into the design and architecture of all systems and applications. Oversee the secure configuration and management of the organization’s technology infrastructure. · Act as the primary liaison for information security within the organization, engaging with business units, IT, legal, and external partners.

Proven experience in developing and implementing security strategies and managing security

operations. In-depth knowledge of security architecture, network security, cloud security, and application security.

Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM, and encryption

solutions. Understanding of current threat landscape and best practices in cybersecurity.
