Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Executive Loss Prevention at Reliance Retail. This junior-level, full-time position is based in Delhi, Noida, and Kanpur. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's assets are protected, reducing shrinkage, and fostering a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficient understanding of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to protect the company's assets and reduce liabilities.
Experience in overseeing daily security operations to ensure a secure environment for customers and staff.
Expertise in conducting regular inventory audits to detect and prevent discrepancies.
Skilled in employing various methods to investigate theft, fraud, and other irregular activities within the retail environment.
Ability to implement emergency response plans to handle potential security threats or incidents swiftly and effectively.
Knowledgeable in best practices and techniques for minimizing shrinkage and preventing losses.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and reports to identify patterns or anomalies indicating potential risks.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement and monitor loss prevention policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of inventory, facilities, and processes to identify potential risks and areas of concern.
Execute strategic security plans to address vulnerabilities and enhance the overall safety of the retail environment.
Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and other suspicious activities, compiling comprehensive incident reports for management review.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and other agencies as required to address security incidents and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Analyze security data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to upper management.
Maintain and regularly update the store's emergency response plan, ensuring all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities during an incident.
