Role Description

This is a part time remote role for a Cyber Security Analyst at SecureT Solutions Pty Ltd. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for safeguarding the organisation's computer networks and systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring security access, conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, SIEM monitoring and incident response and implementing security measures to protect the organisation's data and sensitive information.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software
Understanding of network protocols and data encryption
Ability to analyze security breaches and respond effectively
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
