Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Security, Networking, or Technology and a minimum of 7 years of experience or the equivalent in the IAM domain (OKTA, Azure AD, ping one, Powershell, Cyberark .etc)

What success looks like in this role:

4 – 8 years of experience in Identity and Access management especially on Production support
Hands on production support experience on PingFederate / Okta experience and OAG would be added.
Knowledge and experience on Incident management. In addition, service requests and change management process in Service Now
Knowledge on Active Directory
Experience on SAML, Oauth, OIDC protocols, application integrations and troubleshooting techniques.
Any FAM technologies (Sailpoint FAM would be added)
Expertise on PowerShell scripting for automation process.
Expertise on Okta MFA/Polcies.
Experience in implementing IAM engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
