Role Overview
We are hiring AWS Cloud Support Engineers to provide operational support, troubleshoot cloud-platform issues, ensure reliability, and assist customers in managing AWS-native workloads.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1–L3 support for AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch)
- Troubleshoot cloud, compute, networking, and storage issues
- Perform monitoring, optimization, patching & routine cloud operations
- Manage Identity & Access through IAM policies and security groups
- Assist with backup, DR, snapshots, and cost optimization
- Support DevOps pipelines & automation where required
- Work on incident tickets, root cause analysis, and documentation
🎯 Required Skills
- Hands-on with AWS Console (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM)
- Good understanding of Linux/Windows administration
- Basic networking (DNS, VPN, routing, load balancers)
- Monitoring & alerts (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
🌟 Nice-to-Have
- Scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell)
- Experience with Terraform / Ansible
- AWS Certified (AWS Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect Associate)
- Support experience with security tools, WAF, or EDR
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps)
