Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Business Enabler to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience in cyber risk and control management, and a proven track record of coordinating with stakeholders to build and execute effective strategies
and action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cyber Risk & Control Management: Lead the identification, assessment, and management of cyber risks. Develop and implement
control measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, business units, and external partners, to ensure alignment
and effective communication.
• Strategy Development: Build comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Action Plan Execution: Drive the implementation of cybersecurity action plans from inception to completion, ensuring timely and
effective execution.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures and strategies, and make necessary
adjustments to improve security posture.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards. Prepare and present regular reports
on cybersecurity status and progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
• MBA Information Technology, Cybersecurity from reputed institute
• 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cyber risk and control management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and execute cybersecurity strategies and action plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandatory – PMP / Prince 2 certified
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP are preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
