• 2–5 years in DevOps / SRE / Infra / Production Support or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and other cloud providers.
• Strong in at least one scripting language:
◦ Bash / Shell
◦ Python
◦ PowerShell
◦ Bonus if comfortable with Node.js scripts or simple tooling
• Experience managing Bitbucket Pipelines and/or AWS tooling (Having GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI, Jenkins is a plus).
• Comfortable with Linux servers (SSH, systemd, logs, networking basics).
• Experience with containers, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring/logging stacks (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog, etc.).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts: DNS, TLS/SSL, load balancers, VPCs, security groups/firewalls.
• Able to read application logs and stack traces and work with developers to isolate issues.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.).
• Exposure to security best practices (least privilege, secrets management, patching).
• Experience with database ops basics (backups, restores, connectivity issues, slow queries triage with DBAs/devs).
• Prior background in production application support or NOC operations.
