Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable virtualization environments based on VMware technologies.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Manage and optimize Windows and Linux server environments.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and efficient infrastructure management.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and drive improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the Automation department.
Required Skills & Tools:
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, etc.). • Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration; experience with Linux systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Ansible or similar configuration management/automation tools. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
