🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Build & customize Service Catalog items with advanced workflows
🔹 Design end-to-end workflow automation to streamline service operations
🔹 Implement security best practices (RBAC, data privacy, ACLs) within ServiceNow
🔹 Develop and customize AI/GenAI features, including NLU, predictive intelligence & AI service integrations
🔹 Troubleshoot and solve complex platform issues with strong analytical thinking
🔹 Work in Agile environments and manage multiple development tracks
🎯 Required Skills
✔ Strong experience with ServiceNow Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor
✔ Hands-on with automation, scripting, and integrations
✔ Good understanding of ServiceNow security (roles, ACLs, data protection)
✔ Experience implementing NLU, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI features
✔ Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
✔ Experience working in Agile/Scrum
🌟 Nice to Have
✨ ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
✨ Experience with Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, MID Server
