Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Experience: 3+ years (Cybersecurity / Networking Sales)
Job Summary
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive lead generation and sales for our Firewall, EDR/XDR, SASE, DLP Switching, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN solutions.
Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify leads through calls & emails
· Pitch security and networking solutions to customers
· Support demos, proposals, and sales closures
· Maintain CRM and track pipeline progress
· Coordinate with technical & field sales teams
Requirements
· Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
· 3+ years of inside sales experience in IT security or networking
· Knowledge of Firewalls, EDR/XDR, Switching, SD-WAN will be added advantage
· Existing customer contacts / relations valued.
