Role Description
The L2 and L3 Network Engineer is responsible for handling escalated network issues, performing advanced troubleshooting, supporting network operations, and ensuring high availability of LAN/WAN/Wireless infrastructure. The role includes configuration, monitoring, fault analysis, and coordination with L1 teams, vendors, and customers.
Qualifications
• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E
• 2–7 years networking experience
• Routing, switching, fiber / RF basics, fault handling
• Network design review, escalation resolution, ATP coordination
