We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Automation Tester with deep expertise in Copado and Salesforce testing frameworks to lead our QA automation efforts. Requirements
12+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 10 years focused on Salesforce.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado, including pipeline configuration and test automation integration.
Strong proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestNG, WebDriverIO).
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, Apex, Lightning, and APIs.
Experience with Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
Proven track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in Salesforce environments.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and influence QA strategy across teams.
Nice To Haves
Copado certifications (e.g., Copado Robotic Testing, Copado DevOps Expert).
Experience with performance testing and API testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Postman).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
Architect and optimize Copado CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing seamlessly.
Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and strategies across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, release managers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior QA engineers, and provide technical guidance.
Analyse test results, identify root causes of issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Manage test environments, data, and configurations to support automated and manual testing.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and Copado enhancements to ensure compatibility and leverage new features.
