Job Description:
Position: Senior Software Engineer - Workday
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Location: BCIT, Thanisandra, Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create/Build integrations to third party applications including complex Workday Studio integrations
- Support existing integrations including troubleshooting/analysis/investigation of reported issues
- Experience with different types of integrations including Rest API, SOAP, File SFTP
- Experience building/maintaining Boomerang integrations
- Experience with EIBs
- Experience and understanding in HCM Business Processes including Absence, Talent, Compensation, and Payroll
- Ensure we have proper monitoring/alerting for all technical aspects of Workday Integrations
- Experience maintaining Workday Security a bonus
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Workday integrations
- Strong hands-on skills with Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, and SQL
- Experience supporting production integrations and resolving issues efficiently
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with global teams
Good to Have:
- Experience with Workday Security.
