We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and grow our leading Identity and assess Management(IAM) business. You will be responsible for selling this solutions through channel partners to new and existing customers, as well as developing new partner eco system for OEM. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Savex Technologies business team, the OEMs channel team, and the Savex technical support team to provide the best customer experience and achieve sales targets. You will also collaborate with other vendors and partners to create cross-selling and upselling opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a good understanding of the IT security market. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to travel frequently within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities for IAM solutions
Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, events, and referrals
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers and influencers
Prepare and deliver customized presentations and demos on IAM solutions and value proposition
Negotiate contracts and close deals with resellers
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and sales activities
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Savex Technologies sales manager and the channel manager
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
Provide post-sales support and follow-up, including training, troubleshooting, upselling, and renewals
Coordinate with the Savex Technologies technical support team and the OEM support team to resolve any customer issues or escalations
Collaborate with other vendors and partners to create cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Stay updated on the latest IT security trends, competitors, products, and market conditions Requirements:
Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field
4+ years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in the IT security domain
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
Experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably security or similar products
Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, lifecycle management, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales software programs
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
